Since launching more than 25 years ago, Matritech has invested close to $15 million in fixed assets. This includes equipment for both manual and robotic welding, which gives the company’s welding department the capability to work on steel, stainless steel or aluminum assembly projects, whether it’s a high-volume or small-scale production run.

Mass production

For high-volume production projects, Matritech has multi-axle welding robots, which feature pulsed arc welding technology. These robots have the capability to produce high volumes of complex welding assemblies with precision, ensuring a consistent repeatability and quality.

Short-run production

For smaller-scale production runs, Matritech has a team of fitter-welders certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau. These trained welders have the expertise to handle even the most complex customer requirements.

The Matritech advantage

Matritech sees itself as an extension of each customer’s business. It has the in-house equipment and the expertise to offer many services under one roof, including cutting, bending, stamping, welding, machining, assembly and tool making, as well as painting, plating and passivation.

As an expert in metal parts manufacturing, the company’s expertise spans the entire process, and its team is there to offer support every step of the way — from development of metal parts to prototyping to production.

“We will support you as your company grows by offering methods adapted to your needs at every stage of your product’s life cycle,” the company explains.

Working with Matritech gives customers access to the company’s team of technical experts who can solve upstream problems before they arise and find suitable solutions for each project to fit within the customer’s budget.

“Our project managers suggest you in-house options to lower costs, simplify manufacturing and improve the overall quality of your metal parts.”
