Caps, plugs, tapes, wraps, discs

Daemar’s complete line of masking products are available in a variety of materials, like silicone, ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, and high-temperature vinyl. The range of materials means there are options available for many different applications.

The list of masking solutions comprises the following:

• Caps. Daemar’s masking caps come in 14 basic types, in a range of sizes, colours, and materials, from black or red round vinyl caps to smaller tapered caps.
• Plugs. Thirty-five types of masking plugs, in a very wide range of shapes and colours. Easy to apply and to remove, they keep coaters, painters, and finishers productive as they conveniently plug and cover holes and other parts that are not supposed to be finished or painted and then just take them off afterwards.
• Tapes, wraps, and discs. Daemar offers 12 varieties of tapes, wraps, and discs. These tapes not only survive the coating process, but can be removed cleanly afterwards; users can die-cut them to speed up the process without using razors. High-temperature tape is recommended for powder coating or e-coating in heat.
• Hooks. Eight styles of hooks, constructed for wet painting or coating. Daemar supplies hooks made out of high-quality, spring-tempered steel that never lose temper after multiple burn-offs.
• Modular racks. Daemar offers nine different designs, from top and bottom cross bars to spin hooks.
• Die cuts. Twelve variations, best suited for masking flat surfaces.
• Miscellaneous masking products. Includes sheeting, cords, tubing, and even shower-cap-style covers.

Two types of masking kits are also available from Daemar – a standard vinyl kit and a high-temperature kit.
