Masking caps

Caps are available in a variety of colours, shapes, sizes and materials, including silicone, EPDM, paper and high temperature vinyl. There are styles designed to mask plain and threaded studs, tube ends and slotted holes, rectangular tabs, washers, copper tubing, fittings and more. In addition, options are available that offer temperature and corrosion resistance. There are also caps manufactured from 100 per cent recyclable paper, perfect for applications that require environmentally friendly components.

Masking plugs

Masking plugs are also available in a range of colours, shapes, sizes and materials, including silicone, EPDM, cork and high temperature vinyl. Many of the options allow for a snug fit, yet are easy to push in and pull out.

Masking tapes

Daemar offers a complete line of masking tapes in a range of materials, including polyimide, polyester, crepe, glass cloth and silicone rubber. They are available in a variety of shapes, colours and operating temperatures for powder coating, E-coating, plating and anodizing applications.

Masking die cuts

Daemar’s standard product line of masking die cuts are available in aluminum foil, electroplaters’ vinyl, glass cloth, polyimide, polyester, lead foil, teflon and other materials. The lineup features products recommended for plating applications where good chemical resistance is required, stripping, electroplating and spray painting applications, as well as electrical insulation, wave soldering, masking of circuit boards and more. A variety of sizes, shapes and colours are available.
