These special variations are available to clients only in production quantities, and orders for customized products are accepted on a direct basis. From labelling to multiple pedals

Custom cable services are available so that the company can offer a total foot control assembly according to the customer’s specifications. Among the customized options from which to choose are special paint finishes, nameplates, mounting provisions, and packaging. With its ample foot-switch experience, Linemaster can design an appropriate pedal to save the customer plenty of time and avoid expensive design pitfalls.

Among the customized elements that Linemaster has provided in the past:

• Private labelling. Custom foot switches with nameplates that are identical to the Linemaster standard, but with the customer’s name and address.
• Custom nameplates. Special nameplates and customized warning labels.
• Gold alloy contacts. Special foot controls with gold alloy contacts, including basic snap switches with contacts rated one Amp 125 VAC.
• Multi-pedal controls. Often available as standard twin units; other multi-pedal combinations available on special order.
• Custom cordsets. Available as part of a full foot-switch assembly or separately.
• Multiple listings. All Linemaster products comply with the UL and/or CSA Group safety standards, and clients can request the UL and CSA logos on thee nameplates. CE, FDA, and RoHS certifications are also available.
• Environmental performance. Linemaster offers a range of standard foot switches that comply with IEC 529, Type IP68, and/or IEC 60601-2-2 requirements for protection against access to, and the entrance of, foreign objects and water to the electrical switching elements and connections. The company achieves this by sealing the enclosures or the switching elements.
