E-Series grippers are smaller than electromagnets, which lowers the sizes of end-of-arm tools. Designers can frequently use a smaller robot due to the grippers’ smaller size and weight, which reduces capital expenses and footprint. Intelligent variable field output can separate a blank from a pile and then identify whether the blank is the correct thickness. The E-Series can identify and grip individual blanks down to 3/5 of a millimetre in thickness.

Here, the magnet uses a small level of force to attach to the surface. When the part is gripped and separated from adjacent parts, the user can switch to full power. A clean surface is ensured as ferrous particles fall off the gripper.
