The Sanitary Mag Drive Pump features an innovative design that makes it an excellent choice for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other sanitary processing industries. Designed according to stringent European Hygienic Equipment Design Group (EHEDG) recommendations, this pump also meets USDA and 3A standards. It is ideal for clean-in-place (CIP) applications, and features:

• A vertically mounted pump with patented drive system;
• A completely self-draining design to eliminate additional flush and vent connections;
• Easy assembly with no special tools required; and
• Specially designed flushing in the internal bearing for excellent lubrication.

In addition, all wetted components meet a surface finish of a minimum 32ra standard; all wetted corners are radiussed for complete drainability; all wetted surfaces are finished with a minimum three-degree slope; and all wetted materials are made of FDA-approved components.

Top Line's Sanitary Mag Drive Pump is available with a number of options, including special frame mounting and o-ring material, different suction and discharge connections, temperature protection sensor, jacketed casings and more.
