The HMD130 by Hougen has a powerful eight-amp, 115-volt motor that cuts through one-inch holes up to 1-3/8 inches in diameter. Its high torque gearing enables long-lasting power, and its patented quill feed arbour allows smooth cutting with minimal vibration and little maintenance. The RotaLoc Plus annular cutters provide a bayonet-style twist lock shank for quick cutter changes without the need for extra tools for installation or removal.

The LED indicator monitors this sensor and alerts if the switch is unengaged. A two-stage power-on switch stops drill rotation unless the magnet is engaged, and safety circuitry keeps the drill motor off after power is restored until the start button is pressed.
