Rotem Industrial Products Inc. offers a broad selection of environmental products for cleaning that will help any company demonstrate environmental responsibility and more easily obtain ISO14001 certification.

Our Master Fluids Solutions CLEAN AMO (a.k.a. Amaize N Orange) is a natural solvent, derived from corn and orange extract and designed to be a cost-efficient, superior substitute for shops that use Varsol to clean parts. Environmental approvals are simplified because CLEAN AMO contains no nitrites, barium, phenols, or butyl cellusolve and has no SARA 313-reportable ingredients. As a water-based solvent, it can be used straight (100 per cent) or cut back with water, depending on the application. Since it is not oil-based (not flammable), some insurers may lower your insurance premium by replacing Varsol with this water-based solvent.

Our Master Stages Task2 Grimefighter is a grime-fighting, industrial-strength, non-butyl, water-based cleaning agent that does an outstanding job in the industrial, commercial, or office environment. Task2 out-cleans all the green, crystal, purple, “mean”, “complex”, and “simple” butyl-based products you may have tried. Environmentally friendly and certified “Readily Biodegradable” by OECD Method 301D (EPA Guideline OPPTS 835.3110) and aerospace approval PMC1247-1.

Our Master Stages CLEAN F2 is a super concentrate that does an outstanding job in floor cleaning and other multi-purpose uses. In addition to its primary job in automatic floor scrubbers, it is often used for general-purpose cleaning, mop-bucket cleaning, and parts washing in room-temperature wash tanks. The mild pH of this product means it is compatible with most waste treatment (including ultrafiltration) and it will not degrade TRIM metalworking fluids with which it may come into incidental contact. Environmental approvals are simplified because CLEAN F2 contains no nitrites, barium, phenols, or butyl cellusolve and has very low V.O.C. content and no SARA 313-reportable ingredients.

Master Stages SkidRid, also from Rotem, is a highly concentrated cleaner built for floor scrubbers and is especially well-suited to remove skid marks on shop floors. It contains no 2-butoxyethanol (Butyl), an ingredient of increasing concern often found in products of this type. In addition, all the ingredients used in SkidRid are biodegradable.
