The Clipper is available in custom switch variations with momentary or maintained actuation to adapt to the evolving requirements of the industry. Linemaster offers three designs in its portfolio:

• Single. This model measures 1½ by 3½ by 4½ inches and weighs a mere 2¼ pounds.
• Wide treadle. A switch with a seven-inch-wide target that the user can feel for when trying to depress the pedal, plus two holes for rigid mounting to the equipment or to the floor. Measuring 1.78 by seven by 5½ inches while weighing 3¼ pounds.
• Twin. With a divider bar that helps reduce inadvertent operation of multiple pedals at the same time. Four holes for rigid mounting to the floor or to the equipment. Weighs five pounds and measures 1.78 by 8.38 by 4¼ inches.

Among the other major features are an adjustable strain-relief connector, a durable black finish, and a non-skid base pad. Other options include Airval models, a heavy gauge steel guard, and black or orange vinyl boots for the single model, which offer protection from dirt, fluids, and extreme weather.

The lighting can be controlled on Model 632-DA of the Clipper, and Model 638-S has a cast aluminum housing painted alert-orange and with a splash-resistant interior. Each version of this switch has an IP20 protection rating, and different models comply with the standards of such international safety organizations as UL Solutions in the United States or Conformité Européenne (CE) in Europe.
