Linemaster Treadlite II foot switches help to minimize user fatigue

A sure and stable actuation

The non-skid cover and base pads on each switch of this series provide for a sure and stable actuation, while a variety of models also offer momentary and maintained functions. Linemaster carries the Treadlite II series in single, twin, and triple models and in a broad range of variations for original equipment manufacturers (OEM). These foot switches are also available in watertight models with stainless steel housing, which offers the extra advantages of corrosion resistance, light weight strength, hygienic properties, and a better appearance.

Other major benefits of the Treadlite II series: the compact size; the low profile; the adjustable strain-relief connector; and the momentary and maintained operation. The standard models come in single and twin designs, but triple, quad, and special OEM versions are available too. Stainless steel models are watertight enough to comply with the IP68 rating.

There are a total of 15 models available in the Treadlite II series – 14 momentary ones and one maintained one. Ten of these models meet the requirements of the European CE safety standard, and five of those also comply with the standards of Underwriters Laboratories in the United States. These foot switches work with either SPDT or SPST circuits.

The Treadlite II series can also be categorized into six different sizes. Single metal switches each measure one by 2.63 by 3½ inches, while single stainless steel switches are 0.85 of an inch high (rather than one) each. Each standard twin switch measures 1.48 by 6.12 by 3.56 inches, and a twin switch with wire channels measures 1.38 by 7.94 by 5.56 inches. Triple and quadruple models are obviously longer.
