Made of high-impact plastic

One of the Linear Hall Sensor models, the Linear Slim-Line is a compact, low-profile, lightweight product made of high-impact plastic. It has a cover and base built from ABS polymeric plastic and is available in light grey, yellow, and blue colours, as well as stock colour options. The Slim-Line comes in die-cast metal or robust polymeric plastic, with internal adjustable strain relief for the cord.

Among the other major features of the Slim-Line are non-skid base feet, mounting holes for mounting the switch to equipment or floors, raised dimples on the cover for positive traction during operation, and linear travel of 10 millimetres (mm).

The Linear Aquiline model also has a compact design, but it is available in both plastic and metal variations. This switch has raised treadle ribs on the cover for positive traction during use, plus a non-skid base pad, and users get 20 mm of linear travel from it. The linear output options of this foot switch from Linemaster include one per cent nominal linearity, voltage of 256 bit resolution, current of 256 bit resolution, 256 Tap digital potentiometers (5K, 10K, 50K, 100K), and serial RS232, RS-422, and RS-485. The Aquiline is independently addressable for multi-drop networks.

Other Linear Aquiline features: optional digital output with solid state switch, maximum one Amp; optional internal pull-up resistor, and pre-set set point and hysteresis (user-specified); optional magnetic cancellation circuit, for use in proximity to MRI equipment; and power supply with wide operating range, five to 15 VDC with low power consumption. Customers can request multi-pedal models and different colours, and the switch is waterproof to an IP68 degree of protection.
