Large, siphon-fed spray nozzle efficiently coats, cools, treats and paints

EXAIR's 1/2 NPT siphon-fed atomizing spray nozzle can efficiently atomize a variety of fluids in a round spray pattern in applications where no liquid pressure is available and where liquid must be heavily applied. Its many best-in-class features make it a top choice for coating, cooling, treating and painting a variety of products.

Efficient operation: The nozzle draws liquid into the airstream and mixes it internally, while at the same time providing up to 24 inches of suction height. Liquid can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of each application using the adjustment valve. In addition, the 1/2 NPT spray nozzle provides high liquid flow up to 68 GPH in a six-inch diameter round pattern, though a patented no drip version is also available to conserve liquids.

Durable: The nozzle is constructed of type 303 stainless steel, which makes it corrosion resistant and extremely durable.

Versatile: The nozzle can be used with water to evenly cool hot items in automated processes; however, it is also commonly used with light oils, rust inhibitors, chemicals, paints and dyes, or other liquids with a viscosity of up to 300 centipoise.
