When applications call for the coating, cooling, treating or painting of products, EXAIR has the answer. Its new 1/2 NPT large external mix spray nozzles are the ideal solution when a high volume of liquid is needed to efficiently and reliably cool or coat a wide variety of products.

Nozzle features

The large spray nozzles combine liquid and compressed air to create a coating of liquid that can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of many applications. The nozzles offer versatility because they have the capability to atomize fluids up to 303 gallons per hour, and can be used on liquids with a viscosity up to 800 cP. They are available in a narrow angle flat fan pattern.

EXAIR’s 1/2 NPT large external mix atomizing nozzles also offer durability and corrosion resistance thanks to their stainless steel construction.

In addition, the units are both precise and efficient. They offer an efficient way to evenly cool hot items in automated processes. And the fact that the nozzles are external allows them to independently control airflow and liquid flow, which provides the most precise liquid flow. 

Additional details

EXAIR atomizing nozzles are available in 1/4 and 1/2 NPT, and a variety of flow patterns. Internal mix and siphon fed atomizing nozzles are also available, as well as patented no-drip versions of all atomizing nozzles. All models are adjustable, CE compliant and come with a five-year warranty.
