The Skintop Cube Multi is made up of a high-strength gel bushing insert and a frame that can accommodate up to 23 cables. The frame fits within standard 24-pole industrial connector entry holes.

The system’s high-strength gel bushing insert allows for easy cable installation and removal. In fact, it offers faster and easier assembling and disassembling than other multi-cable bushing systems, the company says. Cables are simply routed through the gel membrane, and the static friction between the gel and the cable jacket ensures a secure grip and a reliable seal. Individual inserts do not need to be removed to install cables, which eliminates several steps and saves time. In addition, the gel technology allows large variable clamping ranges and a very high packing density. 

The system’s frame is made from glass fibre-reinforced polyamide, while the insert is made of polycarbonate and gel. These materials are oil, grease, UV and ozone resistant, making them an ideal solution for industrial applications that require harnessed cables. The system can operate in temperatures ranging from -30 degrees C to 100 degrees C.
