Lapp makes it easy to get customized cable marking

Lapp Group offers a range of cable marking solutions under its Fleximark brand. The company’s lineup of Fleximark products includes marking systems, marking software, label printers and customized cable marking solutions.

Customized cable marking

Lapp’s custom cable marking system is perfect for applications when labeling data is known in advance. It enables fast and simple on-site mounting, as the customized marking is delivered already mounted on the cable ties. In addition, the ordering process is easy and efficient, as customers can email their specifications to Lapp Group in an Excel file.

The cable markers produce ink-printed PVC signs that are mounted in UV-resistant polyethylene holders with cable ties. Alternatively, these customized cable markers are available in stainless steel to handle high temperatures and harsh environments.

Fleximark marking systems

The standard cable marking systems available from Lapp Group include perforated labels in a wide range of sizes. The marking systems can be supplied in starter sets that include all the equipment needed to create your own labels, such as labeling, holders, cable ties, lock buttons, end caps, and a cutting and punching tool.

Also available is Lapp’s cable marking software, FL-Soft. This marking application is Windows compatible and allows users to customize their own labels, import data, apply barcodes, store logos and more.

In addition, Lapp Group can supply the Fleximark Thermoprint A4+M/300, a label printing system for thermal transfer and thermal direct printing. It’s capable of printing on a variety of materials, such as cardboard, plastics and heat shrink sleeves.
