Kronos found the perfect workforce-management solution for SAB Miller India.

SABMiller Plc. produces more than 200 beer brands in more than 75 countries, including Foster’s, Miller High Life, and Indus Pride. But SAB Miller India was dealing with numerous organizational efficiencies. Manual data collection and reporting were leading to inaccurate insights, which delayed strategic decision making. In addition, visibility into workforce availability and productivity were hampered by disparate manual systems, which could not deliver a single, reliable record of all worker information.

SAB Miller needed an automated workforce system that would reduce reliance on manual processes, provide a unified system to manage all plants’ workforces, deliver worker information in real time, and improve compliance with reliable records of employee data. For this, the company turned to Kronos.
