Kistock data loggers by KIMO Instruments

Chevrier Instruments Inc. carries many great test and measurement solutions by KIMO Instruments. This lineup includes two models of Kistock data loggers – the KCC 320 and the KPA 320. Both of these devices are ideal for accurate measurement of temperature, hygrometry, and atmospheric pressure, and the KCC 320 can also measure carbon dioxide. Each of these units has a storage capacity of 2,000,000 record points and the ability to measure multiple parameters at once.

With extremely fast data downloading

These devices provide extremely fast data downloading at 18,000 points per second, as well as two configurable set-point alarms for each channel. Software can be downloaded for configuration and data visualization for free, and optional software for configuration and data processing is also available. Other key features of the KCC 320 and KPA 320 data loggers include a safety lock wall mount with an inviolability system, a two-line LCD screen, Bluetooth communication for Smartphones and tablets, magnetic mounting, and IP40 protection.

The KCC 320 has four internal sensors for four parameters and weighs 206 grams, and the KPA 320 has three internal sensors and weighs 200 grams. Among the other features and specifications of these Kistock data loggers from Chevrier:

  • Battery power supply: two lithium double-AA 3.6-volt batteries
  • Control: OK key, selection key
  • Display: two indication LEDs (red and green); 49½-by-45-millimetre (mm) screen
  • Environmental conditions of use: air and neutral gases, hygrometry from zero to 95 per cent RH, maximum altitude of 2,000 metres
  • Materials: ABS housing, compatible with food-processing environments
  • PC communication: one micro-USB input
  • Size: 110.2 by 79 by 35.4 mm

As well, each of these devices has a micro-USB female connector for an external input, can function in temperatures from zero to 50 degrees Celsius, and can be stored in temperatures from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. Each has a measuring range from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius for temperature, five to 95 per cent RH for humidity, and 800 to 1,100 hecto Pascals for atmospheric pressure, while the KCC 320 also runs from zero to 5,000 parts per million for carbon dioxide.
