Keystone offers chemical pot feeders

By-pass feeders, also referred to as chemical pot feeders, are used to introduce treatment chemicals into closed circulating water systems. They can also be used as a side stream filter for system cleanup when equipped with filter bag kits.

By-pass feeder features

The by-pass feeders supplied by Keystone Steam Supplies offer a number of features. Firstly, they are designed and built with rugged construction. The tank shell and head are made from carbon steel. The cap is cast iron, with an epoxy-coated underside for increased resistance to corrosion. The cap is also coarse-threaded, four inches in diameter, and uses a Buna N gasket. These by-pass feeders are rated for working pressures up to 300 psi at 93 degrees C (200 degrees F). They also feature 3/4-inch FNPT threaded fittings for water connection.

Available options

Keystone Steam Supplies offers a number of options for by-pass feeders. For instance, the company can supply filter bag kits, typically in 30 micron perforations. By-pass feeders are available with either concave or convex dish bottom styles. The concave models are designed to sit on the floor, while convex models have three legs for support.
