Ken Forging Inc.’s mission is simple: the customer comes first. The leading domestic manufacturer of custom forged industrial hardware demonstrates this commitment to customer satisfaction by manufacturing products of a superior quality, from eyebolts, turnbuckles, assemblies and fittings, to rod ends, D-Rings, eye nuts and clamps.

“We have set a standard for ourselves, with our customers in mind, with which we provide the best product available in a timely manner that is second to none,” the company explains.

Quality is a priority

Ken Forging is able to maintain high standards of quality that exceed customer expectations because it has implemented effective quality programs. These programs are so effective, in fact, that they’re embedded in the company’s culture. The employees understand that everyone plays a role and is responsible for producing a quality product.

This commitment to quality extends beyond the products. Quality customer service is also key, which is why the company is also committed to providing a quick turnaround to customers. It offers delivery within 24 hours from in-stock products, as well as a prompt response on inquiries, quotations and orders from its courteous and knowledgeable staff.

“We will always strive to better ourselves and our products, and we will continue to grow and lead the industrial hardware industry into the future,” the company says.

A leading manufacturer

This commitment to customers and quality has been with Ken Forging since it was founded by Richard A. Kovach as a small tool and die business in 1970. The company had a modest start inside a 20-foot by 20-foot garage in Cleveland, Ohio, and has grown to be a leading manufacturer in the forging industry, which today works out of a 400,000-square-foot plant in Jefferson, Ohio, 60 miles northeast of Cleveland.
