Ken Forging showcases its expanded product line at this year’s Fastener Tech

Fastener Tech gives Ken Forging an opportunity to promote its expanded C-clamp line.

Ken Forging is busy this year, not only with making our world-class drop-forged industrial hardware, but also with appearances at popular trade events. Hot on the heels of this month’s trip to Detroit for Fastener Fair USA, we are heading to Fastener Tech ’19, which runs at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in the Chicago area (Rosemont, IL) on June 4 and 5. Attendees can look forward to viewing our expanded product line there.

A broadened C-clamp lineup

Fastener Tech ’19 is the Mid-West Fastener Association’s (MWFA) biennial fastener show, sponsored by the industry, for the industry. Ken Forging is not only an exhibitor this year, but also a Bronze-level sponsor. The event showcases a wide range of fastener manufacturers, importers, fastener service companies, and producers of fastener machinery. It also features many educational, informative, and social opportunities for attendees.

The Ken Forging exhibit will occupy Booths 1211 and 1213. Among our other drop-forged industrial hardware, we plan to show visitors our Diecraft line of C-clamps. Perfect for holding wood or metal work pieces in woodworking, carpentry, or welding, our C-clamps are all domestically manufactured with full traceability at our 450,000-square-foot plant in Jefferson, OH, northeast of Cleveland.

Since we have broadened our C-clamp line, we now offer four different series of C-clamps, all made of drop-forged carbon steel:

• The 100 Series – Medium Service C-clamps, available in black oxide;
• The 400 Series – Industrial Service C-clamps, available in black oxide, black oxide with copper-plated components, and also in orange and yellow high-visibility paint;
• The Extra Deep Throat C-clamps, with black oxide frame and components, and P black oxide with zinc-plated components; and
• The Heavy Service C-clamps, available in black oxide.

All of these series have frames constructed out of 1141 steel black oxide. Our C-clamps come in sizes from ¾ of an inch to 12 inches.
