For 45 years, Ken Forging has offered the widest selection of forged industrial hardware to the fastener and forging industries — a selection that continues to expand to meet its customers needs. Its nut eyebolts have always been available in carbon steel, but the Jefferson, Ohio-based company recently announced their availability in 316 stainless steel.
Ken Forging has been manufacturing superior quality eyebolts for distributors since it was founded in 1970, and it remains the company’s leading product today. The company now offers nut eyebolts in both 304 and 316 stainless steel, passivated and electropolished, in both plain and shoulder pattern. Plain nut eyebolts are available in sizes from ¼” through 1-1/2” diameter, in 24” lengths. Shoulder nut eyebolts are available in sizes from ¼” through 1-½” diameter, in 24” lengths.
Blank nut eyebolts in 4140 alloy steel, self-coloured, are available in 3/8” diameters through 1” diameters, in 12” lengths, in both shoulder and plain pattern. Blank nut eyebolts in shoulder pattern are also available in 8620 alloy steel in 3/4” through 1-¼” diameters.
The company offers same-day or next-day shipping on in-stock items, and there are no minimum orders. This offers savings for customers, because they are not required to meet a minimum dollar amount in their order.
Ken Forging manufactures its nut eyebolts at its 320,000-square-foot plant in Jefferson, Ohio. The plant is complete with a forge shop, die shop, machining department and quality department — all focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
