• Control valve. Parker’s NG06 and NG10 direct operated directional control valve Series D1VW and D3W, with inductive position control, is designed to provide high functional limits in combination with a low, energy-saving pressure drop. This on/off valve complies with the machinery directive 2006/42/EG for use as a clamping valve according to EN 201:2010.
• Safety exhaust valve. The P33T Series modular global standard redundant safety exhaust valve from Parker meets Category 4 Performance Level E in accordance with Machine Directive ISO 13849-1. This unit is proven control reliable technology with integrated soft start that enables the rapid exhaust of downstream air when the machine is de-energized. In addition, it removes stored energy and allows safe access.
• Safety circuit. Clippard’s VA-023 safety circuit is a self-contained modular circuit board with all interconnections required to provide a two-hand, no-tie-down pneumatic circuit. The main function of this control is to require a machine operator to use both hands to actuate the equipment. This helps to ensure that the operator’s hands are not in a position to be injured by the machine when it’s in motion.
• Variable frequency drives. Parker’s AC890PX Series AC Variable Frequency Drive is a high power standalone modular enclosed drive designed for industrial applications. It features Safe Torque Off (STO) functionality, offering users protection against unexpected motor startup in accordance with ISO/EN13849-1 PL-e or SIL3.

The lineup also includes products designed with safety and ergonomics in mind. For example, the VacuMaster vacuum lifting system from Schmalz, which can handle loads up to several tons, allows workpieces to be handled effortlessly and safely by a single operator, enabling them to work ergonomically. In addition, the unit’s audible warning device is an important safety feature.
