Eliminates clumping and unwanted byproduct

A key feature of the VIBRO-BED fluid bed processor is a PMI panel with HMI, which helps to control temperature and pressure. An air-supply fan blows air into the heater/cooler, and dry air flows through an air inlet into the fluid bed. The vibro-screen on this Kason device eliminates clumping and unwanted byproduct, while high-torque gyratory motors optimize bed vibration for efficient material flow. Upward airflow fluidizes material for consistent heating or cooling.

Flex spring suspension confines the vibration to the fluid bed, and the operation can be supervised via an inspection port. The cyclone separator removes elutriated particles from the airstream, and customers can use the rotary airlock to supply collected materials back to the particle bed. The optional airlift allows easy changing of parts. The VIBRO-BED is available from Firing Industries in seven sizes, from two to seven feet in diameter, and custom and turnkey systems are available, with standard or custom configurations.

The energy-efficient circular design uses the entire surface area to maximize airflow for faster drying, reduced waste, and a more consistent final product. The compact size provides quick, cost-effective installation while saving floor space, and the lighter materials and fewer welded seams result in less cleaning and lower maintenance costs.
