The K-Series of replacement screens

Firing Industries Ltd. supplies processing solutions by Kason Corporation, including the K-Series of replacement screens for circular separators and centrifugal sifters – even for units not manufactured by Kason. Kason takes pride in engineering and producing screens with enhancements and features that meet specific customer applications, materials, and business requirements. Clients can select from among options for new units, modifying existing Kason equipment, or screens for other makes of screeners, separators, or sifters. These screens are all durable, efficient, and extremely customizable. Firing Industries carries the following solutions in the K-Series:

For circular vibratory screeners:

• K-DURA. General-purpose, high-performance standard circular screens, available in weld-mounted and epoxy/adhesive-mounted styles. An unsupported stainless steel ring is finished with the customer’s choice of mesh type and size. Recommended for sifting, classifying, separating, screening, dewatering, and de-lumping equipment.
• K-STRONG. High-strength round supported screens for challenging, heavy-duty applications. Useful in many scenarios, from food processing to screening nylon polymer pellets or chemicals.
• K-SANI. Durable circular sanitary screens, perfect for sectors that abide by strict sanitary and safety regulations. Custom-manufactured according to high international standards and recommended for food processing and nutraceuticals.
• K-KLEAN. High-strength self-cleaning round screens equipped with anti-blinding devices. These units have plastic rings or sliders that vibrate against the screen mesh and impart low-impact, high-frequency pulsations.
• K-PERF. The ultra-durable perforated plate screen, comprised of a perforated plate mounting onto a screen ring. Compatible with cannabis bud sorting and screening overs and fines from pellets.

For centrifugal sifters:

• K-CENTRI. High-performance, all-purpose screen cylinders, designed for sifting and screening a broad range of materials, from powdered pharmaceuticals to soya flakes.
• K-DURACYL. Ultra-durable wedge-wire and perforated-plate screen baskets, which can withstand the most demanding tasks without risking blowout or screen failure.
