BETE manufactures HydroPulse nozzles.

BETE is one of many highly reputed manufacturers that supply fluid-handling solutions through John Brooks Company Limited. This includes a broad variety of spray nozzles, such as the new HydroPulse brand of electrically actuated precision units, as well as FlexFlow precision spray control systems for automatic spray nozzles.

Among the other styles of BETE spray nozzles available are fan, full-cone, full-cone spiral, hollow-cone, misting, straight-jet, and tank-washing nozzles.

Overspray waste virtually eliminated

HydroPulse electrically actuated automatic precision nozzles spray exact volumes of expensive ingredients and compounds directly onto the processing target while virtually eliminating overspray waste. This is the ideal solution for precision food-processing applications, and a special, hygienically designed food-grade option is available. The FlexFlow system ensures precision control and flexible automation for the HydroPulse brand, with plug-and-play controllers for precision coating, moistening, and lubrication.

Other BETE nozzle options available from John Brooks Company:

  • Air-atomizing nozzles. Recommended for coating, cooling, humidifying, gas cooling, lubrication, moistening, misting, and fogging.
  • Flat fan nozzles. Hydraulically driven units that make a flat fan pattern, either with an angled cut or a sloping deflection face.
  • Full-cone nozzles. The most popular nozzle type in the industrial market, emitting spray in a conical shape by dispersing fluid over the cone’s interior.
  • Fullcone spiral nozzles. The full-cone pattern consists of several concentric hollow cones that join to create a full cone effect with smaller droplets.
  • Hollowcone nozzles. These spray liquid in a ring-like pattern around a given radius, producing a good interface between air and droplet surfaces.
  • Misting nozzles. These create a fine mist or fog, with drops that appear to be floating because of the droplets’ small size.
  • Straightjet nozzles. A concentrated jet stream with a spray angle of zero degrees, produced by a straight orifice.
  • Tankwashing nozzles. Used for cleaning, washing, and rinsing every size of container, including small bottles, medium-sized drums, and large railroad tankers.

More detailed information is available on the new BETE linecard.
