CECO Dean

CECO Dean pumps comprise many models and series.

John Brooks Company Limited is pleased to announce that they are now the sole authorized stocking distributor for CECO Environmental Dean Pumps and Parts in the Provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan.  The extensive lineup of CECO Dean Chemical Process High Temperature Metallic Centrifugal Pumps is manufactured with a variety of metals to handle a wide range of high-temperature and chemical-processing applications.

These pumps come in four categories:

  • ANSI Chemical Process Pumps
  • Vertical Inline Pumps
  • Air-Cooled High-Temperature Pumps
  • Heavy-Duty High-Temperature Pumps

From food processing to wastewater

The CECO Dean lineup of ANSI chemical process pumps works for numerous applications in the chemical, petrochemical, power, pulp and paper, mining, pharmaceutical, food-processing, and wastewater industries. The pH series comprises horizontal ANSI process pumps with an end-suction back pullout design, engineered for long, continuous service life at low cost. The pHP series of self-priming chemical process pumps are custom-engineered for chemical and industrial applications. The M300 series of magnetic drive ANSI chemical pumps are seal-less pumps that handle toxic liquids.

Among the vertical inline pumps is the DeanLine series of industrial inline pumps, designed for numerous process-plant applications as well as healthcare. These units are built for optimal performance and efficiency. Also available is the DL series of high-temperature inline pumps, designed for high-temperature tasks in chemical processing, refineries, utilities, oil and gas, and transfer. The CNV group of inline process pumps are vertical, close-coupled units for chemical processing, utilities, transfer, and filter feed.

Four series of CECO Dean air-cooled high-temperature pumps are also available from John Brooks Company: the RA series of thermal-liquid/hot-oil pumps, for high pressures and high temperatures; the RWA series of hot-water pumps, used for many hot-liquid tasks; the RAV/RWAV series of vertical inline thermal-liquid/hot-water pumps, perfect for boiler feed and steam condensate return; and the RMA5000 series of magnetic drive process pumps, which work chemical processing, petrochemicals, plastics, and more.

Finally, there are two series of heavy-duty high-temperature pumps: the R4000 series of process pumps; and the R5000 series of API-type process pumps. Both series are good for chemical processing, petrochemicals, power plants, plastics, heat transfer, pharmaceuticals, food processing and oil and gas.
