This customization is possible because the Jacob team has access to state-of-the-art technology, including fully automated laser welding equipment, which can carry out exact customized and small-scale production, in addition to production on an industrial scale. This is how Jacob can make an individual branch piece with a variety of different flanges, special lengths, and unique angles as well as various colours.

Jacob offers a large selection of branch pieces in the standard range to offer solutions for various areas of application, with thicknesses from one to three millimetres (mm). Materials available include powder-coated, hot-dip galvanized, and stainless steel. The following models are available in Canada from Firing Industries:

• T-pieces. Fully seam-welded, pressed 90-degree units.
• Standard forks. Available in 30- and 45-degree designs.
• Conical forks. Each with a 30-degree branch.
• Symmetrical forks. Available in 60- and 90-degree designs.
• Conical symmetrical forks. Fully seam-welded pressed forks with two 30-degree branches of equal diameter.

The diameters for the symmetrical forks range from 80 to 400 mm, and the diameters for all the other designs run from 60 to 630 mm.
