Precision positioning with minimal effort

The Zero Gravity air-balancer kit provide an intuitive solution for better ergonomics, operator comfort, maneuverability, and productivity in every relevant application. The IR team has blended the low-maintenance, low-air-consumption balancer with electronic controls that increase balancing capabilities. Among the key features of this essential kit:

• Ability to balance any load with no adjustment;
• Balancing mode that allows precision positioning with minimal effort, using only one’s hands;
• Compatibility with any new or existing IR air balancer with a capacity ranging from 150 to 500 pounds;
• Ergonomic slide handle that enables exact positioning of multiple loads as it maintains a controlled speed;
• Intuitive operation, with no specific training required;
• Multiple safety features integrated directly into the software, including safety interlock, over-pressure security, and minimal load balancing; and
• Plug and play solution, with an intuitive setup that limits downtime.

With three available programmable inputs/outputs, the kit boosts flexibility with the ability to integrate controls with an ergonomic lift assist. Optimal maneuverability is possible with the handle or directly on the load after it has been lifted and stabilized. The control box software can be modified for specific lifting applications, which enable optional integration.

Twenty-five part numbers are available from Dobco, with varying capacities of 150, 200, 350, or 500 pounds. Four models offer no vertical travel, while the others each have a vertical travel of either 80 or 120 inches. Upper suspension types of various kit models include ZRA1, ZRA2, ZRAT, HM, and ZRS2.
