Sprayer features

One major feature of this sprayer is the adjustable air shroud that enables rapid and marked variations of cloud size. This allows adjustments to suit different applications, so the InoBell can be used to apply powder paints on all kinds of surfaces.

This sprayer also offers high productivity, thanks to a strong electrostatic charge. In fact, the InoBell provides up to 20 per cent higher transfer efficiency than conventional guns. In addition, this bell sprayer has a single block design that has a fewer number of parts and is easy to disassemble.

Powder bell cup technology

The InoBell uses powder bell cup technology. This type of powder sprayer combines two major technologies: rotary atomization and the corona effect.

In this design, a pump is used to push powder into the sprayer and inject it into a rotating bell. The bell is driven by an air turbine. The bell’s rotation both smoothes the powder spray and increases the powder flow rate. As a result, the InoBell can provide a flow rate that is equivalent to two guns. It also provides a finish quality that meets the most stringent requirements and distinctiveness of image, due to its excellent regularity of film build-up.
