Durham Instruments can supply a large variety of inclinometers and accelerometers from leading manufacturers. Its selection includes AMI and DMI Series inclinometers, as well as AMA and DMA Series accelerometers, from Jewell Instruments, each designed with the durability and reliability required for harsh industrial environments.

AMI and DMI Series

AMI Series high-precision MEMS inclinometers with built-in thermal compensation are ideal for industrial measurement and control, geotechnical monitoring, radar and vehicle platform leveling, drill rig alignment and many more applications. Standard units come with 0-5V, 0.5-4.5V or 4-20mA output options, in single- or dual-axis designs, and rated IP67 for waterproofing up to one metre. They can tolerate high shock and vibration, and operate in temperatures ranging from -40 to 85 degrees C.

The DMI Series offers the same features and advantages; however, these units are digital MEMS inclinometers with RS232, RS422, RS485 or TTL output options.

AMA and DMA Series

AMA Series accelerometers are designed for low power and high stability. They are based on silicon micro-machined MEMS capacitive accelerometer technology, and are available in single, dual and triaxial configurations. These units offer excellent long-term stability and high sensitivity, yet have a rugged construction, making them ideal for use in harsh environments. Suitable applications include robotics, tower cranes, vehicle testing, low frequency vibration measurement and automatic control systems.

The DMA Series offers the same features and advantages; however, these units are digital MEMS accelerometers with RS232 and RS485 output options.
