Hytrol expands line of ProSort conveyors

Hytrol, one of the most trusted brands of conveyors across the globe, has expanded its popular line of ProSort conveyors with the addition of the ProSort 121, 122, 131 and 132 Elite sliding shoe conveyors. The new additions are designed for the sortation of small items.

The applications

The ProSort 121 and 122 Elite are designed to sort products at a 22-degree angle, where higher speeds are required. The difference is that model 122 is for applications where dual-sided sortation is required.

The ProSort 131 and 132 Elite, however, are meant to sort products at a 30-degree angle where close divert centres are required. Just like model 122, though, ProSort 132 is meant to be used when dual-sided sortation is required.

The advantages

Like all ProSort conveyors, the newest four additions to the line offer many features and benefits to end-users. ProSort 121, 122, 131 and 132 Elite utilize o-ring chain technology for longer life and less maintenance. In addition, they feature a reduced coefficient of friction on bearings, which allows for longer conveyor lengths or the need for less horsepower, all while reducing operational noise.

Four widths are available, with right or left hand diverts.
