Hytrol conveyor defies gravity with 30-degree incline

For those applications that require the movement of product on an incline, Hytrol has the ideal solution. Its Roller Bed Incline (RBI) conveyor is a floor-to-floor incline conveyor designed to defy gravity by transporting product up to 30 degrees. 

Key features

The RBI conveyor is equipped with a chain-driven power feeder and an adjustable double nose-over at the discharge end. These features ensure a smooth transfer of products from incline to horizontal plane. In addition, higher load capacities of up to 225 pounds per linear foot are possible with the RBI conveyor and rollers. 

Inclines can be easily adjusted up to 30 degrees, a feature which allows this conveyor to also be used as a booster conveyor in gravity flow systems. In addition, the RBI has the capability to operate in reverse mode. 

Available in 12 belt widths from 10 to 36 inches, the system’s many other features include a centre drive, brake motor, pop-out roller, powered feeder and more. Various installation options are available, including ceiling hangers and adjustable MS-type floor supports.
