Hydra-Cell sealless pumps have a multiple-diaphragm design that offers virtually pulseless, linear flow, with no costly pulsation dampeners required and exceeding API 675 standards for accuracy, linearity, and repeatability. They tolerate abrasive solids and particulate matter of up to 800 microns and nine hardness without fine filtration. Top reliability is another key advantage. The pumps’ robust design tolerates non-ideal operating conditions, and they usually run up to 6,000 hours between lubricating oil changes. Hydra-Cell sealless pumps can pump acids, slurries, and fluids containing up to 40 per cent non-dissolved solids, and they do not rely on the liquid being pumped for lubrication. They have no tight tolerances susceptible to corrosion or solid particles.

The versatility of these pumps is unsurpassed, with various styles available to pump a broad variety of flow capacities and pressure ratings. The hydraulically balanced diaphragms pump low-to-high-viscosity fluids throughout each pump’s full pressure range.
