Hybrid open style cable carriers offer many options to suit a broad range of applications

KabelSchlepp Varitrak M Series multi-variable cable carriers are hybrid open style carriers that are lightweight, strong and easy to install. Available from Tsubaki, these carriers feature multiple models with extensive accessories to meet the needs of each application.

The lineup

Varitrak M Series cable carriers come in MC and MK models, which are made up of many high-quality components. They feature universal mounting brackets, and can be opened quickly on both the inside and outside for simple cable installation, contributing to their ease of use. The carriers also have locking bolts, an enclosed stop system that is protected from dirt and other contamination, and replaceable glide shoes, which enable a long service life for gliding applications.

Varitrak MC models have an aluminum stay option with ball joint, which is available in the exact width the customer requires. Varitrak MK carriers, on the other hand, are available with plastic frame-stay variants in four-, eight- and 16-millimetre width sections.

Both models are extremely robust thanks to stable plate construction, and are TÜV design approved in accordance with 2PfG 1036/10.97.

Accessories

There are many accessories available for use with both the MC and MK carriers. Customers can choose from a selection of guideway protection systems, available in standard or custom sizes, carrier support and guidance systems for long travel applications, and easy-to-install strain relief systems. This variety of options means a cable carrier system can be created to meet the customer’s exact needs.
