A U-shaped gasket is pulled over the lip, and a pull ring fixes the connection and ensures maximum tightness.

Jacob Quick Connect offers an even faster solution – the system can be assembled or disassembled in one single action, which is especially beneficial for cleaning or maintenance. Tubing and press components are also available as an alternative, with loose or welded flange connections. The Jacob modular system includes more than 8,000 standard parts with diameters ranging from 2½ to 63 inches. The manufacturer also produces custom parts according to given specifications on request.
