Top Cat manufactures horizontal die grinders.

Top Cat Air Tools products are available via Dobco Equipment Ltd. The portfolio comprises a wide range of sanders, grinders, polishers, motors, percussion tools, and accessories for a variety of industrial applications, all manufactured in the United States. The lineup also includes around two dozen models of horizontal die grinders.

These die grinders are all designed and constructed by Top Cat to provide long, trouble-free operating lifespans for workers.

Series now has extensions available

The manufacturer makes its die grinders for various applications, such as medium- and heavy-duty grinding with straight, cone wheels, wire brushes and roll-type abrasives, as well as heavy-duty sanding and polishing. Top Cat offers full technical support, custom tool design and production, and rapid delivery for these tools. Among the models of horizontal die grinders available from Dobco:

• 300/307 series. Includes the 300GE, 307GE, 300HGE, and 307HGE models. With carbide burrs, mounted stones, flap wheels, and sanding abrasives with shank mounting. Output of 600 watts.
• 400 series. Includes the 400GE, 400HGE, 400GT (collet), 400HGE+3, and 400HGE+6 models. Similar features as the 300/307 series, but with maximum shank size of 3/8 of an inch. Output of 900 watts.
• 400GT/407GT series. Includes the 400GT, 407GT, 400GT+3, and 400GT+6 models, all with Type 1 wheels. Output of 900 watts.
• 400GTCW/407GTCW series. With cone wheels. Output of 900 watts.
• 300HGE series. Includes the 300HGE3M, 300HGE5M, and 300HGE8M models. With flap wheels and sanding abrasives with shank mounting (maximum shank size of 3/8 of an inch). Output of 600 watts.
• 400HGE series. Includes the 400HGE3M, 400HGE5M, and 400HGE8M models. Similar features as the 300HGE series, but with output of 900 watts.
• 300GT series. Includes the 300GT3M, 300GT5M, and 300GT8M models. With flap wheels and sanding abrasives; inner-diameter mount of 5/8 or one inch. Output of 600 watts.
• 400GT series. Includes the 400GT3M, 400GT5M, and 400GT8M models. Similar features as the 300GT series, but with output of 900 watts.

Last year, Top Cat expanded the 300EH series with various extensions, which increase tool lengths by three, five, or eight inches.
