High Lift Reversible Drum Vac moves thick liquids far and fast

For applications that call for the safe and powerful recovery of fluids like coolant, hydraulic oils, sludge, wastewater, tramp oil and liquid spills, EXAIR has the solution. Its High Lift Reversible Drum Vac features a two-way pump with the capability to move thick liquids (as dense as 1400 cP) up to 15 feet through a 20-foot hose. The drum vac has enough power to fill a 55-gallon drum in just 85 seconds from 15 feet and, with the turn of a knob, the same stainless steel pump can quickly empty the drum.

The High Lift Reversible Drum Vac has been engineered to recover liquids found within below-grade sumps, wells, underground tanks, pits and drains with up to 15 feet of lift. It is powered by compressed air, which means there is no electric motor to wear out or impellers to clog. In fact, the drum vac has no moving parts, assuring maintenance-free operation. It can handle continuous and heavy-duty applications where electric vacuums fail, as well as lighter duty applications. The vac is CE compliant.

It comes complete with the two-way pump assembly, 20-foot (three-metre) flexible vacuum hose with a 1-½-inch (38-millimetre) inside diameter and a 90-degree quick release elbow connection, as well as one aluminum wand. Deluxe Systems also include a drum dolly, heavy-duty aluminum tools and tool holder, while Premium Systems include a 30-, 55- or 110-gallon drum. 

How it works

The High Lift Reversible Drum Vac attaches quickly and easily to any closed head 30-, 55- or 110-gallon drum, and is designed to safely use the compressed air within the facility. An automatic shutoff valve prevents overfilling.
