Hi-Tech Duravent’s Super Vac-U-Flex industrial vacuum hose is now available in five- and six-inch diameters, in addition to 1-1/4- to four-inch diameters. Constructed of high strength fibre-reinforced PVC hose cover bonded to coated spring steel wire helix, Super Vac-U-Flex has many features that make it ideal for a wide range of applications. 

Features

Super Vac-U-Flex is suitable for handling air, gases, liquids and light materials, at temperatures ranging from -29 to 66 degrees C (-20 to 150 degrees F). Its smooth bore construction provides efficient airflow, and offers moisture, oil and UV resistance. The hoses are available in long, continuous lengths up to 50 feet for 1-1/4- to 2-1/2-inch diameters, and up to 25 feet for other diameters. This length may eliminate the need for splicing or coupling in many applications. The hose also features cuffed ends, and can be easily coiled for convenient storage.  

Applications

Super Vac-U-Flex is recommended for applications where durability and flexibility are important, particularly those applications that require repeated flexing. They are ideal for industrial and commercial vacuum cleaners, ventilating or cooling industrial machinery, as well as marine bilge pumps, bilge ventilation, pneumatic material handling equipment, textile machinery dust control and cleaning, pet grooming and more.
