Heavy-duty conveyor features zero pressure accumulation

For applications that call for zero pressure accumulation of products, Hytrol has the solution. Its Model 25-CREZD is a heavy-duty chain-driven live roller conveyor designed to accumulate products like pallets, drums and containers in zones, and release them upon request.

Conveyor features

Model 25-CREZD incorporates Hytrol’s EZDrive System, a shaft-mounted gearmotor located near the centre of each zone. The conveyors also feature the company’s EZLogic Accumulation System, which combines the sensing accuracy of photo-electronics with discrete electronic logic control. And it does all of this without the use of a PLC or pneumatic logic components. Adjustable HSN-type floor supports are also available.

The conveyor has a maximum load of 1,000 pounds per linear foot of conveyor, and a maximum unit load of 3,000 pounds, though zones longer than six feet may require an additional floor support depending on the load.

A variety of conveyor frame widths are available to meet the needs of many applications. Sizes range from 34-¼ inches up to 70-¼ inches.
