HARTING Roadshow Truck will visit western Canada clients next month

The HARTING Roadshow truck is coming to B.C., Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec this year.

British Columbia and Alberta organizations that use electrical connectors and other products by HARTING Technology Group will get a sneak preview of the company’s latest innovations in May. That is when the HARTING Roadshow Truck will be touring locations in those provinces to visit customers.

A mini-trade show on wheels, the HARTING Roadshow is scheduled to visit B.C. clients during the week of May 14 to 18. The Roadshow Truck will then cross the eastern provincial border to see Alberta customers from May 22 to 25.

New technology at companies’ doorsteps

The HARTING Roadshow gives companies an edge over their competitors by bringing the latest technological breakthroughs in connectivity right to their doorsteps. The Truck carries innovative new HARTING products in industrial, small-form factor, and board-level connectivity, including electrical connectors, Ethernet switches, and RFID. HARTING Canada representatives come along for the ride to give customers information and demonstrations on these products and solutions.

Main features in the HARTING Roadshow include the manufacturer’s Industry 4.0 developments, such as the MICA edge computer and the latest smart connectivity modules for HARTING’s Han-Modular line of industrial connectors. Also featured are the company’s new Han Ex electrical connectors, which have been certified for NEC 500 Class 1, Div II environments, and its expanded-beam, fibre-optic cable assemblies.

Carl Maalouf, HARTING Canada’s director of sales, calls the Roadshow “something our customers in western Canada can look forward to,” noting that the tour will showcase new products that are ideal in the region’s main industries, like mining and oil and gas.
