HARTING receives Vogel award for its Han-Modular Domino module series

The Han-Modular Domino series by The HARTING Technology Group recently won a Best of Industry Award from the industry media of the Vogel Communications Group. In an awards ceremony at the end of 2022, Vogel named the Domino modules as the recipient of the award in the Electrical Equipment category.

This award, one of 24 handed out, signifies the importance of the next expansion stage in HARTING modular industrial connectors.

Saving installation space and weight

Based on the domino principle, the Domino series made its world debut last spring and offers many benefits to customers, like savings in installation space and weight, in addition to the associated reduced costs and the conservation of resources. These features are vital trend topics that concern everybody in the industry these days. The Vogel award, as decided by the HERMES Award jury and bestowed by the brand Maschinen Markt, is evidence that this solution has already established a strong reputation.

On top of the Vogel Award, the Domino series has been recognized as one of the top three innovations of last year, and it received the Cable and Connector Product of the Year prize at the inaugural Instrumentation Excellence Awards in London, England in October. The Vogel group has been presenting its awards to the best technological innovations in the industry since 2016.

Following the Vogel nomination phase is a five-month online voting period, in which approximately 20,000 readers of publishing magazine MM Maschinenmarkt select their individual favourite products. For the first time in 2022, Maschinen Markt presented the Electrical Equipment award in cooperation with other brands of the Vogel Communications Group – specifically PROCESS, LABORPRAXIS, and DeviceMed – to represent an even wider portion of the industry.
