HARTING expands its connectivity innovation with the help of MIT

For more than three-quarters of a century, industry around the world has benefited from innovative connectivity solutions by The HARTING Technology Group. This year, HARTING has expanded its long-term collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA, through its Industrial Liaison Program (ILP).

With this expansion of a longstanding cooperation, HARTING and MIT will help to identify innovative CONNECTIVITY+ opportunities. By joining the ILP, the HARTING team has become a member of one of the leading innovation ecosystems in the world.

The ILP is industry’s most comprehensive portal to MIT, and it allows manufacturers all over the globe to harness the Institute’s resources in order to address the current challenges and to anticipate future needs. Along with the MIT Startup Exchange, this is a membership-based program for large companies that are interested in long-term, strategic relationships with the college. The ILP engages with organizations from many countries, in many sectors, that are concerned with emerging research- and education-driven results that will transform industry.
