When plating is not required, Amatom can produce hardware on a special order basis.

Company history

Amatom has more than 50 years of experience serving industrial companies. Launched in 1957 as a broker for manufacturers, the company expanded by 1962 to become a full-service manufacturer of electronic hardware. In the mid-1960s, company founder Lowell Abeles introduced the Amatom Electronic Hardware Reference Manual. It became known as “the bible of the electronic hardware industry”, and helped cement Amatom’s position as the leading source for industry parts.
