Furniture manufacturer reduces waste and improves quality with Exel solution

The customer was looking for a solution that would allow it to reduce coating usage and waste generation, while improving mixing ratio, finish quality and productivity. The results

Following implementation of the Exel Cyclomix Expert 3K Recovery System, the customer realized a rapid ROI. This is thanks to the ability to recover the belt waste material from its finishing system. At the same time, the finish quality was improved due to consistent coating densities being applied. 

The new system provided repeatable results, each time, thanks to the mixing ratio being controlled by a computer, and it also eliminated toxic waste generation.
