Inexpensive and versatile, the FullStream liquid atomizing spray nozzle gives uniform liquid distribution in a full cone spray pattern for pressurized fluids.

Internal features that prevent clogging

This liquid atomizing nozzle has a vaneless, tangential flow design, as well as wide open internal features that prevent clogging as they produce uniform distribution in a round pattern, with droplets ranging from medium to large, at the same time. EXAIR has designed this nozzle with a compact right-angle design, which operated at a liquid pressure of up to 250 psig. This unique design functions seamlessly with fluids that contain particulate.

How does it work? The liquid is supplied directly into the body of the FullStream nozzle, which results in a swirling action within a vortex chamber. The vortex creates the desired spray pattern when the machined nozzle breaks the fluid surface tension and exits the orifice in a round and controlled spray angle.

Another key advantage of the FullStream liquid atomizing nozzle is its stainless steel construction. This design offers extra durability and corrosion resistance, and it can handle operating temperatures as high as 427 degrees Celsius. The nozzle complies with the stringent European CE safety standard, and it is available in a ¼ NPT size with many different flow rates. The user adjusts the liquid flow rate simply by changing the liquid pressure.

The FullStream atomizing nozzle works best with such liquids as water, rinse aids, and detergents – but it is also very effective with chemicals, herbicides, and pesticides. Each model comes with the EXAIR five-year Built to Last Warranty.
