From air knives to guns

This group of electric static eliminators comprises a wide variety of products. The line includes the Gen4 Super Ion Air Knife, Gen4 Standard Ion Air Knife, Gen4 Ionizing Bar, Gen4 Super Ion Air Wide, Gen4 Ion Air Cannon, Gen4 Ion Air Gun, Gen4 Ion Air Jet, Gen4 Stay Set Ion Air Jet, Gen4 Ionizing Point, and Gen4 Power Supplies. Whether businesses are experiencing static on moving webs, sheet stock, three-dimensional parts, metal extrusions, or packaging, there is a proper solution available.

Each of these EXAIR products can neutralize and clean. The Super Ion Air Knife can reach a distance of up to six metres. Gen4 electric static eliminators produce a bulk of positive and negative ions, and the charged surface attracts the appropriate amount of these ions from the device to become neutral. Laminar flow air streams enable users to blow away all contaminants and stop charges that attract them. These tools also minimize compressed-air consumption and noise as they offer a force that operators can adjust between different levels, ranging from a “blast” to a “breeze”.

Another advantage of the Gen4 series is that each device has undergone independent laboratory tests to ensure it complies with strict international health, safety, and environmental standards. Gen4 static eliminators meet the standards required to attain the UL and CE markings, and they are also RoHS-compliant.

Customers have a choice between portable and fixed static elimination, as well as static elimination without air. Portable eliminators are recommended for blowing off trimmings or dust on hard-to-reach areas, while fixed tools offer constant ion streams even on fast production lines.
