The parent company recently announced that it had sold its VITECTOR business unit to CEDES, which is a Swiss technology company that specializes in sensor systems for elevators, escalators, and industrial doors.

In selling off CEDES, which makes industrial door sensors, Fraba also makes more room for its recent brand acquisitions, UBITO and CREDEMUS, and supports its future growth.
