Facilities in Missouri, United Kingdom

The MOCAP story began in 1982, when the company began making dip-moulded vinyl caps, plugs, grips, and other products at its first facility in St. Louis. The new enterprise soon won attention as a top sales- and service-oriented manufacturer, leading to further expansion. MOCAP had opened two more facilities in Missouri by the mid-1990s, plus an innovative dip-moulding plant in the United Kingdom.

With this newfound success came a high industry demand for quality, inexpensive masking solutions, so the company developed a full lineup of rubber-injection moulding caps and plugs, while boosting its vinyl-dip-moulding capacity. MOCAP then expanded into packaging, by launching a new sales division, ClearTec Packaging, by the end of the ’90s. ClearTec is still going strong today.

To serve many more valued clients around the world, these facilities, capabilities, and product lines continued to expand. In its 40th year, MOCAP has locations throughout Europe, Latin America, and Asia. These branches carry solutions that use only the latest advances in injection, compression, transfer, extrusion, and dip-moulding technologies. Recently, the company opened a fully owned and operated plant in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. This is a state-of-the-art facility with an in-house tooling and mould-making shop. MOCAP provides low tooling costs and competitive piece prices via this facility.
