York Fluid Controls carries JUNIORFLUX pumps.

FLUX pumping solutions are available through York Fluid Controls Ltd. – including the JUNIORFLUX models of light-duty drum pumps. Part of the manufacturer’s 300 series, these two pumps (the F310 Sealed and the F314 Sealless) are designed to transfer relatively small fluid quantities from small pails and buckets.

The F310 and F314 JUNIORFLUX light-duty drum pumps offer the major benefits of high quality in performance with low cost to users.

Lightweight and easy to handle

Both of these pump models work with an internal ventilated FEM 3070 commutator motor, with motor and pump tightly connected. The FEM 3070 is double-insulated according to protection class II, and the 230-volt version is VDE-GS-approved. Other key features of these pumps from York Fluid Controls include mains connection, two-step speed adjustment, an overload cut-out switch, an ergonomically designed handle for single-handed operation, and a holding hook for a medium hose.

The F310 JUNIORFLUX has a mechanical seal and is recommended for filling smaller liquid quantities from five-gallon buckets, pails, carboys, and other small containers up to 55-gallon drums. This model has an outer tube with a small diameter that allows use in narrow-necked containers. Available as a pump kit, this pump is lightweight and easy to handle, with a hand nozzle that can be stored on the pump, and minimal storage space is needed.

This pump offers a maximum flow rate of 12 gallons per minute (GPM), maximum delivery head of 22 feet, viscosity from one to 250 centipoise, an outer-tube diameter of 25 to 32 millimetres (mm), and standard immersion lengths of 50 centimetres, 70 centimetres, or one metre.

The other JUNIORFLUX model, the F314, has many similarities to the F310, but with a sealless design and a maximum flow rate of 15 GPM, a maximum delivery head of 27 feet, viscosity from one to 250 centipoise, an outer-tube diameter from 25 to 32 mm, and standard immersion lengths of 50 or 70 centimetres. The F314 is constructed of polypropylene, polyvinyldene fluoride, and stainless steel and can be used with acids, alkalis, cleaning solutions, or aggressive chemicals.
