The VISCOFLUX mobile S offers efficient process safety as it delivers a high level of flexibility. Users can operate this drum emptying pump in wet or damp production environments. It leaves up to less than one per cent of residual amount in the drum, while the stainless steel mobile process device has an enclosure with an IP 66 protection class, making the system appropriate for wash-down environments.

Every VISCOFLUX system comes with an F 500 eccentric worm-drive pump and motor and a follower plate with a process seal. Additional features and advantages of this drum emptying pump: mobile use; small space requirement; easy cleaning; gentle pumping of the media; easy operation; diverse control options; and a motor that remains attached to the process device while cleaning the pump. Mobile and compact, the process device has electronics and a battery that are protected against moisture, and two base options are available to fit multiple pallet sizes. Among the specifications: maximum flow rate of 13 gallons a minute; maximum delivery pressure of 116 psig; and maximum load of up to 100 kilograms on the process device. Straight-sided drums are 560 or 571 millimetres in diameter, and conical-drum diameters run 550 millimetres at the top and 515 at the bottom.
